We had to make an extra hole into the watchband for my very petite daughter but now it fits perfectly. Originally, I just planned to find a device that tracks my steps and syncs to Apple Health app. I bumped into this watch, and I have never seen an Apple watch up closely so I feel like this looks very much like an Apple watch. lol! A few steps for those who want to use this watch to sync with Apple Health app: 1. first you need to download the app called VeryFitPro. Obviously, you need to connect with your watch too. 2. when first time opening the app, it will ask for access to Apple Health, please grant the access. 3. I am not sure if this is a must step, but I always go into VeryFitPro, and drag it downward to let it sync with the watch data first 4. after that, if you go to Apple Health, you should see the watch data there. If not, you can select the category you want to see (for example, Steps), and scroll all the way down. You will see "Show All Data" and "Data Sources & Access". If you go to "Data Sources & Access", on the very bottom, it will list 2 sources: "VeryFitPro" and "iPhone XXX". You can click "Edit" (on the right top corner) to arrange their priorities. I had success if I put "VeryFitPro" as the higher priority, and it always syncs correctly for me. You can always go to "Show All Data" to see the detailed data by minutes. I did not try showing messages or phone calls on the watch. Because of that, I think it contributes to more standby hours for me, which is better for me. I did not intend to use it for tracking sleep, since I thought it might be uncomfortable wearing it during the night. However, I have been trying it for the past week, and I think it is not too bad and does not bother me that much. ... "

The calories seem off and the heart rate data doesn't seem to transfer to the app unless you are doing a sport. With sport had more options or I could change the sport in the app after. Checked my heart rate with this watch and the heart rate on my blood pressure meter at the same time. The reading on the watch and the blood pressure meter were the same. I know the blood pressure meter is accurate therefore the phone is also accurate. I don't wear the watch at night so I can't comment on the sleep monitor. The app works well on my iphone 7 plus. ... Also pretty accurately records when I go to bed and when I wake up. - Can adjust the frequency of movement reminders - Easy to setup and use. The watch and app are pretty intuitive. - Touch screen is very sensitive What I wish would improve: - Does not detect high heart rates very well. During a HIIT workout, my heart rate was over 160 yet the watch did not record a heart rate higher than 130. I will continue testing this though because it may be due to my very small wrist size, sweat, etc. I've tried to improve the accuracy of this but may return it if I can't get it to work. - App gives sleep and fitness scores - Add friends/compare stats I have not tried messages, meditation, or music control features yet.
